High Performance Balancer
Equine nutritional supplement
Intro:
There are only three basic nutrients, Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates, but there are countless vitamins, trace elements and minerals. Many of these are essential for processing the nutrition for enzymatic processes, synthesis, nerves, neurotransmitters, the hormonal system, fertility and the immune system.
They are the software for processing nutrition in order to facilitate problem free bodily function. Anyone who believes a horse can be fed on a balanced diet by simple means is mistaken. Nature has changed somewhat, it has been exploited and therefore the supply of micronutrients has also been effected.
In the last fifty years agriculture has exploded, and industrial production tries to meet demand. Seeds have been manipulated, and land over fertilised in order to shorten growth periods facilitating double cropping etc.
In reality shortened growth periods and over fertilisation also lead to imbalances in relation to micronutrients, e.g. Grasses, the main source of nutrition for the horse have now become super performing milk grasses for dairy cows, Apples from the 70s have four times less sugar than today.
Function and facts of FTS High Performance Balancer:
It is not just our opinion, but a proven fact that horses basic functions have not changed in millennia. Today we have sport horses of a different appearance but however they still have the same organ function and digestive systems.
We have in this respect the same horse we have always had. Because of this horses were not made for junk food or flavour of the month. If we observe closely we can see that there are more allergies and strange illnesses and less fertility in horses since people started to use mixed feeds.
This convinced us to return to common sense horsemanship, back to natural horse feed, good old fashioned Hay & Oats, supplemented with the right software, the High Performance Balancer developed by us at FTS.
Commonsense horsemanship and that's it.
